IFA takes place every year at the beginning of September at Messe Berlin. You will find the current dates in our calendar further up this page.
How early should we book hostesses for IFA?
As early as possible – ideally a few months in advance, as many Faces in Berlin are in demand around IFA. We still try to make short-notice requests possible: you usually receive suitable profiles within 24 hours.
Can your Faces demonstrate technical products?
Yes. Based on your briefing, our Faces demonstrate products confidently and explain the key features. For in-depth technical conversations, they hand over to your product experts.
Which positions can you provide for IFA?
Alongside hostesses, we provide promoters, Brand Ambassadors, presenters, models, service Faces and event assistants – for your stand, the stage and evening events.
Do your Faces speak foreign languages?
Yes. More than 33 languages are represented on our books. For international visitors, we select Faces who speak fluent English and other languages on request.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, the minimum booking is 4 hours per Face and day. At IFA, full days of the fair are usually booked.
Who provides the outfits?
By default, our Faces wear a classic look. We are happy to adapt the style to your brand, or you can provide your own branded outfits.
How much does a hostess at IFA cost?
That depends on the position, the length of the assignment and your requirements. Our calculator gives you a first orientation, and we send you an individual quote within 24 hours.
