What does a hostess do at an event?
Hostesses welcome and look after guests, handle accreditation, cloakroom, info desk, lead capture or VIP care and are the first point of contact on site.
How much does a hostess cost?
The price depends on the length of the assignment, the location, the number of Faces and your requirements. On our booking page you can calculate the price directly – or receive a non-binding quote within 24 hours.
How short-notice can I book hostesses?
Often at short notice, too. Send us the key details – we will get back to you within 24 hours with suitable profiles.
What do the Faces wear on site?
By default, our Faces wear a classic look (black suit or trouser suit with a white blouse or shirt). As the outfit should embody your brand, we adapt the style flexibly – from sporty-casual to elegant. Your own branded outfits are also welcome.
How is catering on site handled?
So that our Faces can keep going with full energy, we ask you to provide non-alcoholic drinks and – depending on the length of the assignment – a small snack.
Do the Faces also help with set-up and dismantling?
Yes. If it has been agreed in advance that support is needed for setting up, stocking the stand or packing up, our Faces will gladly take care of it.
What happens if a Face drops out at short notice?
We use our network to find an adequate replacement so your event continues smoothly. You don’t have to worry about it.
Which languages do the hostesses speak?
German and English are standard. More than 33 languages are represented on our books – so we can find Faces specifically for your international guests.
Are long-term assignments possible?
Yes. Alongside individual events, we staff recurring assignments and long-term projects, for example in stores, showrooms or boutiques – as well as seasonal campaigns for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
